I liked living there it was very quiet considering you are in a college town. I lived there for almost two years, and never had a problem with noise or parties. The staff was always friendly and very helpful. The management was also friendly and eager to help out in any way that they could. I have lived in many other apts in Gainesville and this by far was one of my best experiences. I had very few maint. issues my whole time living there and when I did submit a request it was always taken care of very quickly. I would def recommend Lakewood Villas and have recommended them to many of my friends. They have a nice pool too which was always quiet and relaxing even during the summer. Thumbs up to the staff. Keep up the Good work.

I've had some bad experiences with the administration, but recently (did the administration people change?) it has been much better. This website is a proof that the administration is doing a better job. My review would've been very different a few months ago. Recently, we requested some maintenance work to be done in our apartment. The maintenance guys were very polite, professional and quick to get the job done. WE'RE VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR VISIT. While they were here, my wife and I also requested 2 more things to be looked at: a closed door and the downstairs shower. We had had those issues since we moved in and had requested them to be fixed before. They quickly jumped on it and got things fixed. THANK YOU! I know that one of them is named Ramahn. I'm sorry I forgot the other guy's name. We love the apartment's layout and open space, as well as our little "back yard". We also love all the trees in the complex.
