Renting FAQs

We accept payments in the form of a personal check, money order, or cashier's check. Residents can also pay rent online via the Resident Portal. Rent is due on the first day of each month, and a late fee will be applied after the third day of the month (along with a daily charge after that). Once rent is late, only certified funds will be accepted.

Rent at Lakewood Villas includes the bedroom and shared common areas of the apartment, access to our community amenities, washer/dryer in unit, high-speed Internet, 24-hour emergency maintenance, trash, recycling and pest control.

Units are not furnished.

Apartments include stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and full-size washer and dryer.
